Important details
- This offer is available only with the Natgroup VIP Management Package.
- The property must remain under Natgroup management for a minimum of three years.
- The ongoing free management fee total is determined by the applicable weekly-rent band: up to $750: $1,500; $751 to $1,000: $1,750; $1,001 and over: $2,000.
- The offer cannot be combined with another offer, promotion or discounted package.
- If a management rate below the applicable VIP rate is agreed, the refund period and amount will be adjusted proportionally to reflect the percentage difference.
- Limited to 100 allocations per year. Availability changes weekly and a spot is not guaranteed until we confirm and a management form is signed within 3 days of it being offered to you.
